Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts
Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures
Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage
Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business-related courses
Has more than a year of extensive background in handling talent acquisition is preferred

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies
Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and on-boarding)
